Bugfix:
	* Current folder indicator went wrong with multilevel folders
	* VFD cleared after mp3 playback
	* VOL, MUTE message moved to the top of the screen
	* will load subtitles if filename (subtitle name) is longer than 50 chars
	* Mpeg4 subtitle timing BUG (SRT)

General:
	+ NEW RISC: Subtitles (srt, sub, smi, ssa, ass, txt, embedded divx5 subs); xvid packed bitstream, etc.
	+ Volume level stored on standby and restored on power on
	+ Switch to default background and Loading message on screen and VFD when loading an avi file
	+ No automatic jpeg slideshow -> have to press NEXT, PREV button
	  (slideshow can be accessed from the picture browser mode)
